擁有美國柏克萊優良音樂血統、宛如樂團貴公子的的「5次方樂團」（The Click Five）即將來台。
他們的新歌音樂錄影帶《珍妮》（Jenny），趕上當前方興未艾的東方熱潮，找了位日本甜姊兒當主角，
表達「愛情不用翻譯」概念；即將於下月二十六日來台宣傳的他們，聽說台灣漂亮美眉超多，
考慮來台後要物色下一支MV的最佳女主角。
5次方樂團是樂壇中難得一見兼具偶像外型與搖滾實力的團體。
2005年發行首張專輯《從天而降》（Greeting From Imrie House），在流行樂壇竄紅崛起，
發行當週便攻佔美國告示牌專輯榜第十五名，創下當年新進樂團最高首週銷售佳績。
隔年主唱艾瑞克（Eric Dill）離團，由另一位「少女殺手」級的娃娃臉帥哥凱爾（Kyle Patrick）替代，
其他四位成員則是吉他手喬（Joe Guese）、貝斯手伊森（Ethan Mentzer）、
鼓手喬伊（Joey Zehr）與鍵盤手班（Ben Romans），五人全是聲譽卓著的美國柏克萊音樂學院高材生。
充滿嶄新氣象的5次方樂團，第二張專輯《摩登新主張》（Modern Minds and Pastimes）
整體音樂與MV概念都令人耳目一新，首波主打單曲《珍妮》MV中，洋溢濃濃東洋風，
櫻花妹女主角大玩火爆女教師、電玩美少女與刁蠻和服妹等不同情境的角色扮演，
五位大男孩為了討佳人歡心，忙得暈頭轉向。
5次方樂團表示，《珍妮》這首歌講的便是摸不清意中人想法的心境，
而MV靈感來自於他們都很喜歡的蘇菲亞柯波拉（Sophia Coppola）作品《愛情不用翻譯》（Lost in Translation），
《珍妮》，片中男主角比爾墨瑞（Bill Murray）身處日本，
因為語言不通對陌生環境無所適從的感受，和歌中面對刁鑽多變情人時溝通不良的無奈相當契合。
他們將於下月二十六日來台為新專輯宣傳，五人對於能造訪台灣，
都感到很興奮，因為他們對台灣的印象來自於家中許多「Made in Taiwan」的玩具，
而聽聞這裡的美眉比玩具更正點後，他們都迫不及待想一探究竟；
此行，他們也應邀演出MTV台舉辦的「樂翻天」演唱會。
5次方樂團不僅是音樂高材生，五人也有當諧星的潛力，在搞笑時十分放得開。
他們自拍了共五集的「網路影集（webisodes＝ web+ episodes）」，
故意顛覆他們的優質形象，內容包括徵選新主唱、團員內訌與欺負菜鳥的過程，
五人放下帥哥身段，不計形象耍心機、耍笨與耍可憐，極盡搞笑之能事，
在網路上已吸引數十萬人次點閱，MTV台將於下月一日至五日的「一週星」時段，播出中文字幕版。
